Ecommerce Trade Specialist

A new opportunity now exists for an Ecommerce Trade Specialist to join our Digital team!
As the Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for the online store strategy, driving revenue and growth!
This role is responsible for the effective planning and execution of our trade calendar, optimising customer experience and improving funnel metrics.
In this role you will: Ensure that we are maximizing the effectiveness of our new ecommerce platform by optimising customer experience and increasing ROI Increase online store revenue and margin by optimising the shopping experience through effective trade and merchandising strategies.
Key partner for online store technical enhancements roadmap Delivering actionable insights into trade performance and the wider team to enable quick identification of opportunities or challenges and pivot the plan accordingly.
Manage all weekly and monthly reporting for the online store across all main KPIs.
Drive our partner / co-op opportunities to increase revenue streams, providing feedback through analysis and looking for ways to optimise the partnerships Own CRO – identifying opportunities through analytical tools that input into a plan that can be executed within the capability of the platform or within A/B testing tools.
Build out a CRO roadmap, including any technical requirements and business cases In collaboration with buying and marketing, plan the trade calendar and work with the coordinator to effectively implement campaigns that enhance the online store experience
