This includes but is not limited to promotions, campaigns, collection launches and local initiatives such as POS bundles and key events.
The role is also responsible for reporting on said execution and optimising the site where applicable through a variety of web merchandising activities such as On-site search, sorting rules, Einstein recommenders and content slots.
Key Accountabilities Ensure coherent launch of campaigns through expert use of our web merchandising and content toolsAdaptation of global guidelines to fit local assortment (on e-store)Approve translations for local websiteEnsure local policy pages are accurate and store finder information is up to dateUAT and launch of any new Digital featuresSupport Ecommerce Trade manager in developing and scaling commercial insights to boost conversion, basket and salesEvaluate the consumer and website behavior to find related and unrelated patterns and propose tests to increase conversionSupport cross functional teams with commercial insights around personalisation & customer loyaltySupport Trade Manager with SEO strategy and implementationPivotal and professional qualifications: Previous eCommerce experience required as an eCommerce Specialist (1-2yrs) or Coordinator (3yrs)Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field preferred.Computer Skills: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or equivalent enterprise solution), Adobe Analytics and CMS – monolithic or headlessAttention to detail, commercially minded, strong communication and organisation, troubleshooting and solutions driven.Knowledge and application of best practice customer insight principlesComfortable with challenging opinions using data to supportIf you are looking for a new challenge and feel you have the relevant skills then don't miss out!
