We have a rare opportunity for an eCommerce operations all-rounder to join our team! THE CHALLENGE
As part of our Commercial Operations Team, your primary responsibility will be to support eCommerce operations across all Liberated branded websites and marketplace partners. This role will collaborate closely with the warehouse, customer service, eCommerce and IT teams while supporting the Customer Care Lead to ensure our customers receive a great experience end-to-end across 10+ eCommerce sites and various Marketplaces. Key responsibilities include:
Monitor, review and manipulate order flows within all Liberated shopify websites and marketplace to ensure optimal order fulfilment with limited disruptions and cancellations.Report and monitor SLA's and orders to ensure customers receive their order within the communicated processing and delivery time frame. Develop, maintain, and publish regular analytical reports. Review marketplace platforms to ensure all order communication is synced effectively. Support the Customer Care Lead with projects and initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and/or an enhanced customer experience. Communicate with warehouse, customer service, eCommerce , and IT teams on a regular basis to ensure timely resolution of site experience and customer/order issues. Monitor authorization, fraud KPIs and communication for chargebacks with external fraud screening provider.Manage customer appeasement and shopify discount management. Manage returns and order transactional email process, workflows and templates.Champion continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining processes to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate across teams to implement solutions.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful you will have:
Experience in operations, order/fulfillment management is preferred.Experiences with Shopify, Loop, OMS, ERP,and Business Intelligence is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skill.Strong attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines.Strong time management and organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and take initiative.Continuous improvement mindset - always seeking ways to refine and enhance processes.Team player with a flexible approach.Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams, Google Sheets.
