The eCommerce Managers will be accountable for their Brand's Online Store P&L performance across all online channels and third-party marketplaces – by driving online sales and conversion performance for the Brand by ensuring accurate site merchandising and collaborating closely with Brand Marketing, Brand Buying, Digital Marketing, and Digital Product teams.Additionally, P&L accountability includes realizing trade and growth targets from digital products (such as mobile/app), through successful partnering with Digital Product teams. Likewise, trade outcomes and maximization of growth potential from Digital Roadmap projects, programs, and initiatives.Key AccountabilitiesWork with Head of eCommerce and Brand Leaders to design and execute the brand eCommerce strategy.Drive sales and optimize site performance by improving conversion rates, profitability, and customer experience through content management, merchandising, and ongoing site enhancements, working closely with the Digital Product and Brand teams.Realize trade, and drive growth, outcomes of mobile/app adoption.Collaborate with Buyers and Marketing to align digital merchandising, pricing, promotions, and content with launch plans and brand guidelines.Maximize trade and growth across brand and third-party websites by partnering with Digital Product teams, focusing on mobile, personalization, search, merchandising, and fit tools.Key CapabilitiesExtensive experience working as an eCommerce Manager in a retail organizationExemplary understanding and knowledge of ecommerce operations and retail trading (technical, functional, and strategic)A drive towards contributing to retail excellence and digital growthDeep understanding of product and promotional content management within a large and complex eCommerce websiteSolid technical knowledge and experience across various web standards and knowledge of web accessibility, best practices, and current front-end trendsThorough understanding of web development & search engine optimization (SEO) principles and practices at a code and content levelAbility to convert conceptual ideas into useful and functional designs with knowledge of user-centered design methodologiesWell-developed stakeholder relationship management and collaboration competencies – across all levels of the organizationWhy work for CRG?The Country Road Group is one of Australasia's largest Lifestyle Brand Houses comprising of iconic brands such as Country Road, POLITIX, Trenery, Witchery, and MIMCO.
