The opportunity
As the Ecommerce Manager for Reebok, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce website and marketplace channels.
You will oversee digital marketing execution, website trading, and ongoing optimizations to drive sales and profit in line with Reebok's brand strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Trade & Operate Brand Digital ChannelsManage day-to-day operations of the Reebok ecommerce website and marketplace channels, aligning with brand marketing and product plans.Coordinate site updates, promotions, product uploads, and categorization to support monthly product drops.Ensure merchandising strategies are effectively implemented, including organizing product categories, designing seasonal campaigns, and highlighting best-sellers or new arrivals.Partner with Studio & Creative teams to produce web photography and digital creative assets.Collaborate with the Digital and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain quality of delivery.Work with marketplace partners to ensure Reebok is represented accurately and products are published on time.Monitor and measure channel performance; present weekly trade results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.Uphold quality standards and service levels across all customer touchpoints.Website Improvements & OptimizationsIdentify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and enhance the online customer experience.Drive conversion rate growth through ongoing UX optimizations and by resolving site issues.Use data and analytics to uncover strategic opportunities and areas for improvement.Collaborate with Customer Service to address and prevent recurring issues, ensuring a seamless customer journey.Test new features or functionalities on the website to enhance user experience and support business goals, ensuring thorough QA and minimal disruption.Lead A/B testing and other optimization efforts to improve website performance and customer engagement, including testing page layouts, product descriptions, and promotional messaging.Digital MarketingSupport Reebok's digital marketing initiatives across all paid channels.Create and execute EDMs (email direct marketing) aligned with brand marketing calendars.Build and manage automated customer journeys in Klaviyo.Track and analyze digital marketing performance to optimize spend and improve ROAS.Implement SEO strategies and enhancements to ensure continuous growth in organic search visibility.Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams to maximize creative assets and channel strategies.Qualifications & Experience Minimum 4 years' experience managing multiple ecommerce businesses, preferably in a multi-brand retail group with a focus on sports or fashion.Practical experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and AP21 is highly desirable.Technical Skills Proven ability to trade ecommerce websites and marketplace channels.Deep understanding of ecommerce, retail, and digital marketing.Thorough knowledge of SEO, UX standards, and conversion optimization.Hands-on experience with CMS, OMS, ESP, and other retail technology platforms.Foundational knowledge of product development, supply chain, and IT.Just some of the perks we offer you Generous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective's stable of brands!
