Al.ive Body Pty Ltd is currently searching for an experienced e-Commerce Manager to manage and optimise our large multi-channel Shopify Plus D2C and B2B platforms.
We are an Adelaide-based international team, however this role is open to hybrid or remote workers for candidates who meet the criteria.
About the role As the e-Commerce Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital strategy, responsible for enhancing our e-commerce platform.
As we continue to expand, you'll collaborate with our dynamic team to deliver exceptional online experiences, manage large revenue streams, focusing on performance optimisation and drive key metrics such as conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
Reporting directly to the Head of Customer, this full-time position will see you oversee all aspects of our eCommerce strategy, ensuring we deliver a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise large multi-channel Shopify Plus D2C and B2B platforms: Oversee the day to day performance and functionality ensuring smooth customer experience across multiple regions.Performance driven focus: Analyse and improve site performance including conversion rates, order value and user experience metricsCollaborate across teams: Work closely with CRM, marketing and acquisition teams to ensure achieve strategies and campaign execution.
