The Role |Reporting to the Head of Marketing and eCommerce, we are seeking a data-driven, analytical, and creative-minded e-commerce Manager to connect with customers and increase sales!
Trade the website to deliver sales & profit targets.Oversee financial performance, including profit and growth, of the e-commerce revenue channel through efficient, customer-focused operations management.Optimise the online customer experience to increase conversion and AOV.Manage the site through promotional and seasonal periods, marketing online and through digital channels while adhering to brand guidelines.Ensure website content is uploaded promptly and is always accurate, conducting weekly site walks.Continually optimise the websites to increase conversion rate, using testing tools and other analytics insights to test CRO recommendations.Continually work on strategies to improve the customer journey and personalisation for our digital customers, with assistance from the Digital team.Manage and load all product information, content pages, website changes, updates, etc.Website Conversion Rate optimisation.Website content uploads and updates (home page, copy, images etc).Website performance (tech, UX).Product merchandising (collections, filters, home).Execute Sales, Promotions & Offers.Collaborate with Dispatch on Stock Levels & Product Sell-Through.Innovate & Manage New Apps, Online Services & Tools.Website Technical Performance & Bug Management.Contribute to shoot creative briefing from website imagery point of view.Monitor website performance and optimise.Drive and achieve KPIs around website conversion rate, AOV, load speed.The Skillset |You are a skilled trader who loves eComm and retail and is excited about this brand's meaningful mission.
You have a solid digital background, exceptional attention to detail, and a strategic approach, and your impact on customer experience is legendary.
Experience using Shopify, Klayvio, and Gorgias ideally.Min 3 years experience in a similar role at a fashion e-commerce company.Demonstrated success in delivering online sales growth in a medium to large online business.The ability to formulate strategies to exceed business objectives and overcome challenges.Confident communicator.Exceptional analytical and project management skills.Experience with Google Analytics a must.The Offer |Are you dreaming of moving to the sunny Gold Coast?
