About the Role As our eCommerce Manager, you will play a key role in transforming data-driven insights into successful strategies that drive customer acquisition and enhance our online presence. You will be responsible for executing campaigns across multiple digital channels, optimising performance, and continuously refining our customer journey to boost conversions and ROI. Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and tech teams, you'll ensure alignment across goals and opportunities while staying ahead of e-commerce trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement innovative acquisition campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across digital platforms, with a strong focus on Shopify. Optimise and enhance Shopify performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and improved conversion rates. Evaluate campaign performance through data analytics, using insights to make informed adjustments and maximise ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives, leveraging opportunities across marketing, product, and customer experience. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive sustained traffic growth. Create, manage, and optimise acquisition budgets to ensure resources are strategically allocated for maximum impact. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine strategies, improve the customer journey, and enhance overall campaign performance. Plan, implement, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Klaviyo, and Gorgias. Stay ahead of eCommerce trends and implement industry best practices, particularly for Shopify, to maintain a competitive edge. We're seeking a results-oriented, data-driven eCommerce expert with a deep understanding of Shopify to spearhead our growth initiatives. Whether it's optimizing our existing Shopify store or building scalable solutions from scratch, your expertise will be pivotal to driving results. You thrive in fast-paced environments, have a proven track record of success, and can seamlessly blend creative thinking with analytical rigor. What You'll Bring: 5+ years in eCommerce marketing or digital acquisition, with a strong focus on driving growth and results. Extensive experience with Shopify, including building and optimizing Shopify stores to maximize conversions and enhance the customer journey. Strong proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other data platforms to extract actionable insights. A creative and innovative mindset, with a proven ability to develop and execute outside-the-box strategies that resonate with target audiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and departments to drive shared goals. Familiarity with Klaviyo (email marketing platforms), Gorgias (customer service tools), and best practices for SEO and CRM.
