We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Manager to assist the business in strategic planning, execution, and growth of online B2C sales channels.

Responsibilities
As our Ecommerce Manager , you will head our ecommerce/web team which consists of two skilled remote specialists. You will see yourself completing duties including, but not limited to:
Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer experience
Leading and supporting the ecommerce team to set and achieve performance objectives
Providing mentorship to junior staff, whilst fostering a culture of improvement and development
Coordinating with marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns
Identifying market trends through the analysis of data to maintain a competitive edge
Monitoring web analytics and making data-driven decisions to improve website performance and customer engagement
Maintaining high-level partnerships and negotiating with external stakeholders
Collaborating with other teams in the company to optimise the supply chain and logistics
Assisting the Customer Service team with inquiries related to the online shopping experience
Requirements
3+ years' experience in managing ecommerce or website projects
Proven knowledge of Adobe Commerce (Magento)
Previous experience in planning and executing product launches, and/or digital marketing campaigns
Ability to lead and positively influence a team to promote a supportive, collaborative working environment
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
