WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITHE-commerce - Own our website by:Preparation, Setup and platform management:Manage brand page set ups on our Public/Private platforms, from set-up completion to go-live, to ensure that the content showcased to our OTL Members is aligned with the information provided by the brands.Collaborate with external Ecommerce team members who will be supporting you on CSV preparation, product upload and corrective actions.Ensure optimal user experience on PLP and PDP, and maximise the Conversion rate - including but not limited to adequate taxonomy, optimized filtering, product sorting, etc.Brand and Warehouse coordination:Monitor stock transfers between brands' warehouses and OTL warehouse in a timely manner to ensure that inbounds and QC are completed on time and that after-sale, remaining stocks are collected shortly after repacking.Make strategic recommendations to partner brands regarding their content (e.g. number of pictures, product angle, product details, etc.) ahead of the sales, to maximise their Click-Through and Conversion rates, including bundle offer.Issue Resolution and Improvement:Liaise with Customer Care to address incorrect or misleading content, minimizing customer issues.Propose ecommerce improvements to enhance efficiency and sales performance.Stay updated on e-commerce and retail trends to proactively suggest innovative solutions for e-commerce.Reporting:Review mid-sale performance and provide leverageable insights to brands to help maximise their sell-through.Prepare reporting materials to analyse previous sales and arrange successful new sales.Offline events:Assist in preparing Shopify uploads for offline pop-up events.As a part of the team, participate before and during offline events by assisting with physical setup, cashiering, inventory tracking, and customer support.Contribute to event breakdown and post-event reporting.Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
