An exciting opportunity has opened for a full-time eCommerce Coordinator to join the team, based in our amazing offices in Arncliffe!
The eCommerce Coordinator is a key role in digital marketing at Lowes.
In this role, you will be responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the Web and creating a seamless digital experience for our customers.
You will manage the content uploading and maintenance of the website and have a proven track record working on eCommerce campaigns from concept to strategy to execution.
This is an exciting time to join the business as we look to expand the online presence of Lowes and drive conversion across the web and our stores.
What you'll do End-to-end management of new product uploads and inventory managementOnline product merchandising and daily review of site to ensure all product content is current, accurate, relevant, and aligned with digital merchandising and content strategyMaintain the management categorisation of all products on-site, regularly updating new arrivals, best sellers, and sale productsCollaborate and liaise with the product team to understand product delivery dates and SOH across the retail network to manage online product enrichment processes and timelinesWork with SEO teams to ensure products and content are optimised for search and adhere to SEO best practiceSupport marketing campaigns, product launches, and retail activities with regular and relevant content updatesManage homepage banner and website content updates to align with the digital marketing calendarSupport Ecommerce Manager with pricing & promotions as requiredSupport retail network in updating store contact details on the websites and through Google PlacesAssist in the implementation of the content marketing strategy through the email marketing and blog channelsGenerate reports on key metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.Troubleshoot site process issues or customer service queries and escalate as requiredAssist with the testing & implementation of new website features and integrations when necessaryGeneral administration and other duties as requiredWhat we Offer Ongoing development - ongoing training, support, and growth opportunitiesCompetitive salary package - attractive salary package, the potential for bonus, and extremely favourable staff discountsWork/life balance - with a strong culture inspired by family values, we focus on work/life balanceSupportive environment - receive ongoing recognition and support whilst having a real sense of ownership of your area.What will make you successful Prior eCommerce experience within a retail apparel environment would be advantageousMagento 2 system experience preferred but not essentialBasic HTML/CSS: Understanding of basic coding to troubleshoot minor website issues or customize pages.SEO & SEM: Ability to support paid search (SEM) efforts and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and conversions.Experience using EDM platforms for email campaign management and automation.Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.Strong commercial acumenProblem-solving and solutions drivenWell organised and attentive to detailGreat communication skills and collaborative attitude#J-18808-Ljbffr
