About the Role: We are looking for a versatile and creative eCommerce & Content Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role is crucial to our ongoing website project and day-to-day eCommerce operations. You will play a key part in optimising our online content, driving engagement, and supporting the daily trade of our eCommerce platform. Your key Responsibilities will include: Daily Trade Support: Proof and optimise EDMs to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines. Build and maintain landing pages that drive conversions and enhance user experience. Optimise product merchandising on the website to maximise sales opportunities. Execute A/B tests to improve website performance and user engagement. Generate and analyse reports on key metrics, providing actionable insights for the eCommerce team. Content Creation & Management: Collaborate closely with the SEO team to develop a wide range of new content types, including buying guides, race finders, sports tips, release calendars, ambassador profiles, and more. Organise and tag content effectively to ensure it can be personalised and displayed on relevant sections of the website, including the homepage (HP), product listing pages (PLP), and product detail pages (PDP). Review existing content, making informed decisions on what to keep, update, or retire to ensure our website remains fresh and relevant. Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure content is consistent, engaging, and optimised for search engines. To be successful you will ideally have the following: Proven experience in eCommerce, content creation, and digital marketing. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience working closely with SEO teams. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), landing page builders, and email marketing platforms. Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making. Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
