About the Role:
We are looking for an eCommerce Business Analyst
to join our Digital Project Team in our Richmond Office, Melbourne .
This is a rare and exciting opportunity, perfect for an accomplished and organised team player with a background in eCommerce delivery, testing, and development pipeline planning. Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Ecommerce Business Analyst will work alongside the Ecommerce Project Manager and the Ecommerce Delivery Team to undertake requirements analysis, document business requirements, processes and proposed solutions, support User Acceptance Testing and the development of end user documentation. Your key responsibilities will include:
Identify and collate business requirements using a range of methods including but not limited to workshops, interviews, brainstorming and focus groups Undertake gaps analysis between current state (As Is) and future state (To Be) Create business and use cases, user stories, technical and functional requirements, and concept design documents Facilitate business and technical requirements sign off with stakeholders and vendors Work alongside the Ecommerce Project Manager to create requirements traceability, solution acceptance and benefits realisation criteria Providing business analysis support throughout testing activities and where required, creating UAT and SAT plans and sign off criteria Build strong and relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Provide clear and concise communication to all parties to reduce overall effort Respond to internal clients and external vendors in a friendly and timely manner
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
Demonstrated 5 years + experience in a similar Ecommerce Business Analyst role Demonstrated 3 years + experience in a Business Analysis role in a retail business Technical understanding of website integration architecture and associated backend operational processes Solid understanding of documentation processes and structures, specifically business requirements specifications and functional/non-functional requirements analysis Sound understanding of Ecommerce and ERP integrations, and application/plugin solutions Exceptional communication and meeting management skills across all business facets and with partners/vendors Process driven, and an absolute ability to work well with in a Team as well as individually Excellent written and verbal communications skills Affiliation with Accent Group Core values and "Make It Happen " attitude.
