Applications are sought from suitably qualified Customer Service Professionals to expand their career as a ward clerk for the Peri-Operative Unit at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include:
Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support the provision of patient centered care through efficient clerical support Maintain accurate and timely patient data collection and entry into ERH patient data systems Undertake general clerical functions of the service including reception duties, patient related information document management and general administration support Conduct day to day duties including patient admissions, appointment scheduling and data entry with a high-level awareness of privacy and confidentiality Actively participate in quality improvement activities and projects as required Qualifications/experience required:
Demonstrated high standard clerical / reception skills including strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work within a team environment Experience with Patient Administration Systems – iPM Desirable Working for ERH
