Applications are sought from qualified Registered Nurses to expand their career as an Infection Prevention Nurse at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include: Work collaboratively with the Infection Prevention and Control Manager to develop and implement Infection Prevention and Control Strategies Assist with the staff immunisation program in collaboration with ERH Nurse Immuniser's, assist in the management of staff occupational exposure program Work collaboratively with the IP & CM, staff, patients and consumers to improve standards of infection prevention practice. Work collaboratively with Infection Prevention committee and ERH staff to attain National Standard accreditation Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested Qualifications/experience required: Current Registration with AHPRA Minimum 3 years' experience in an acute care setting Post graduate qualifications in Infection Prevention and Control – or willing to obtain Nurse Immuniser Course – or willing to obtain Working for ERH At ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
