Ecg Administration Officer – Pakenham

We are seeking an attentive and friendly school administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and operational support for all ECG school functions and activities in a professional, positive, and efficient manner.
This role will be based at our Pakenham Campus but may require travel to our Dandenong site. Company cars are available for use.
The roleEffectively deliver a range of administrative tasks including managing processes, providing services, responding to queries, supporting committees, project administration and producing reports in accordance with agreed standards and timeframes.Assist with data entry.Provide sound and timely advice, guidance, and support to teaching staff, students, and parent/carers as required.Participate in and implement continuous improvement activities relating to school practices, quality assurance, and customer service excellence.Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders to support and facilitate service delivery.Assist with the preparation of reports or submissions for the senior managers.RequirementsA qualification in office administration or a related area, and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or knowledge and skills in an education-based environment.Community College Gippsland (CCG) is a child safe organisation with zero tolerance for child abuse and is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all students.
