Now, we're on the hunt for a Veterinary Administration Manager to join our exciting journey.

What You'll Do: Be the ultimate support system for our frontline teams – they're the heartbeat of our hospitals! Keep patient care top-notch. Lead the way in financial management and hospital reporting. Project manage and keep operations running smoothly. Partner up with our Clinical Manager to ensure top-tier patient outcomes. Lead strategic business planning and execute goals with the leadership team. Oversee rostering and resources, making sure our vet teams have everything they need to excel. What We're Looking For: An inspiring leader with Operations experience as well as HR generalist experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, you name it! A pro at financial management and project coordination. Experience in leadership of small to medium teams. Great at building relationships – you're approachable, transparent, and ready to solve problems. Ability to work flexible hours. A detail-focused multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A vet industry insider with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
