Throughout the program, you'll benefit from hands-on supervision by experienced emergency veterinarians, structured clinical duties, and a wealth of educational opportunities. From clinical research to scientific presentations, you'll be equipped with the skills needed to excel in the field.
Program Highlights: 64 hours per fortnight on a rotating roster, with direct supervision12 hours of paid education per fortnight including:Completion of Recent Grad AEC induction modulesShadow shifts to learn hospital managementBi-monthly morbidity and mortality roundsParticipation in Wet Pracs and other educational eventsAttendance at the Annual Greencross SymposiumQualificationsWho We're Looking For We seek motivated individuals with a recognised veterinary degree in Australia, eligible for veterinary registration in Queensland. You should be driven to excel as a veterinarian, possess strong organisational and communication skills, and be flexible with rostering to meet our intensive training requirements.
