Child-focused and family centredAccountablePURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITIONThis position works with the BUSHkids Early Childhood Approach (ECA) Leadership team including the Senior Manager ECA, Service Manager ECA and Head of Allied Health ECA to provide operational support and project management to ensure compliance with the contractual reporting requirements contained in the BUSHkids PITC Contractual Agreements with the NDIA. This role also provides support and mentoring for Early Childhood Approach (ECA) Administration Officers regarding data collection, operational, recording and reporting procedures associated with the RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKSDuties include, but are not limited to:Ensure a collaborative and collective working relationship with the ECA Leadership team, and BUSHkids executive leadership where appropriate.Work with the ECA Leadership team to ensure that operational processes for data collection and reporting associated with the NDIS contract are compliant with the requirements of the contractual agreement and reporting deadlines are met.Work with the ECA Leadership team to ensure the PITC Statement of Requirements is upheld.Provide expert analytical advice that informs the ECA Leadership team to make strategic organisation decisions. Improve inclusion practices and opportunities for children with disability and their families to align with BUSHkids Community Capacity Building (CCB) plan and strategy. Work with the ECA Leadership team in the development of timely creation of reports.Coordinate and manage BUSHkids NDIS data related enquiries and attend relevant meetings.Develop, review, update and maintain the BUSHkids NDIS ECA Operations manual with regard to continuous improvement.Work with the ECA Leadership team to develop and oversee the implementation of operational processes, procedures and guidelines for the ECA teams' data collection and reporting to ensure compliance with the requirements of the service agreement. Work with the ECA Leadership team to ensure that all contractual requirements are met on time and to a high quality. Provide coaching, mentoring and support to ECA administrative staff for operational processes, procedures and guidelines for NDIA ECA team operations and data collection, maintenance, quality assurance and reporting.Provide a key point of contact for the NDIA within the ECA Leadership team for reporting requirements associated with the NDIS contract.Analyse and utilise NDIA IT systems within authorised limits to perform quality checks of data and provide information/data for reporting on meeting ECA Performance Indicators in line with the agreement.Collaborate with the ECA Trainer and Supervisor to inform and meet the needs of the team for operational and reporting requirements under the agreement.Develop networks and consult with regional/central office staff and provide advice and recommendations to the ECA Leadership team on operational issues and risks likely to impact the ECA team.Experience with collection and maintenance of NDIS data for reporting and operational requirements.Other RequirementsCombined NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue CardCurrent C Class Queensland Driver LicenceProof of Hepatitis B Vaccination statusKEY SELECTION CRITERIADemonstrated ability to develop and implement organizational policies, processes and systems.
