Displaying concept visualization using sketches, drawings, and illustrations. Understand business requirements and plan for manpower by discussing with management. Make talent acquisition strategy and develop a system to attract talented employees. Develop & improve the selection process. Ensure that the staff recruitment process is completed as per the timeline. Conduct orientation programs for all new employees. Review performance of new employees during probation and provide guidance to improve performance. Create job descriptions for all job positions. Post job openings on the company's careers page and social media. Interact with managers to determine future hiring needs. Ensure that the company's policies are being followed correctly. Maintain documentation of the company's internal policies. Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including managing candidates, scheduling phone interviews, and onsite interviews. Communicate with candidates about their qualifications and salary negotiation, relocation, etc. Develop interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Conduct document verification and reference checks of new joiners. Create email IDs for employees. Issue experience letters for resigned employees. Prepare the monthly payroll. Maintain confidentiality of employee records and files. Continually educate employees on company policies. Ensure that the company's working environment and culture are positive.
