Fortescue is currently looking for a highly experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to join the Solomon TSF Project team.
Key Responsibilities Leading a diverse team of tradespersons & technicians. Continuous stakeholder relationship building and communications with both internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring fleet availability through regular scheduled servicing and prompt breakdown responses. Meet all responsibilities as outlined in the Health, Safety and Environment Policies. Participate in any training and safety initiatives implemented by the company. Comply with all safety directives and work instructions; immediately report any incident or potential hazard to their leader. Correctly utilize any Personal Protective Equipment distributed. Conduct themselves in accordance with Fortescue's Code of Conduct and Values at all times. Ensure team skills, knowledge and qualification meet business requirements and legislation. Support individual personal and professional development through structured development plans and ongoing on-the-job coaching and mentoring. Foster an empowered workgroup, encouraging teamwork and diverse ideas to surpass business objectives. Act with integrity by leading by example, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and compliant manner. Identify and manage all workplace incidents in a timely manner. Qualifications and Experience Trade Qualifications HD Mechanical. Schedule 26 - Mines Regulations. At least 2 years site-based, large fleet or leadership experience. A proven ability to mentor and influence a team. Proficient in Microsoft products and SAP work management systems. Experienced in planning and scheduling methodologies. Experience in leading large departmental change and complex projects. Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor role, or similar leadership position. Experienced in resource management. Experienced in developing and leading an operational level of Safety Leadership culture. Experience working with safety management systems. Knowledge of Mines Regulations and Act and Occupational, Health and Safety legislation and other relevant legislation and regulations. Basic understanding of mining production principles and key drivers to a successful mining operation. Advanced understanding of Reliability Engineering investigation processes (RCA) and data analysis. Advanced understanding of Lean principles (5S, Visual Management).
