About the JobWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Painter/Panel Beater to join our team in the Gladstone Region.
Perform panel beating and spray painting on Toyota and Nissan 4x4 vehicles, as well as all other vehicle types.Carry out general repairs and resprays.Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently.Ensure high-quality finishes, adhering to our standards of excellence.Contribute your personal input and new ideas to enhance our processes.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of trade experience.A positive and genuine attitude, along with a strong work ethic.Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.The capability to work unsupervised and follow instructions as needed.Strong time management skills and attention to detail.A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.Salary InformationStarting hourly rate: $36-$43 per hour.
Higher earning potential: open to discussing higher subcontract rates for exceptional skills.
Potential to exceed $120k based on performance and expertise.
