Earthworks Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing mining services contractor with a collaborative culture, strong client relationships in both public and private sector and busy order book for a fulltime and long-term opportunity.
About You Minimum 10 years industry experienceIdeally been in a supervisor role for over 5 years with small to medium sized contractorsStrong background in bulk earthworks and mine site civil worksPrevious RTIO inductions highly advantageousProactive style with a willingness to be out on site and visible as much as possible - this is not an office job.Must be a Perth resident with full Australian working rightsResponsibilities include: Forecasting and programmingProcurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment and materialsEffective leadership of the construction teamAdministration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diaryStart-ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking ticketsMitigating and incident reportsSalaryYou will be rewarded with a salary ranging from $130,000 - $160,000 + super + Vehicle + 30% Uplift.
Please note, this is a FIFO position flying out of Perth only.
Our client will not fly from interstate.
