We are seeking an outstanding customer relations / allocator in a full-time permanent position. The successful applicant will have proven experience working in an allocating role preferably within the construction industry.Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for booking, coordinating, and allocating earthmoving plant, materials, and vehicles.The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5.00pm.Alternated half day Saturday (Diverted). Occasional 6:00am start to help cover absent staff.Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Responding to inquiries and processing bookings received via phone and/or email.Strategically rostering earthmoving machinery, materials, and vehicles in line with the best interests of clients and subcontractors.Entering data into project software Allocate365.Developing relationships and liaising with a fleet of owner/operator sub-contractors.Fielding inquiries from new and existing owner/operators.General administrative duties including but not limited to processing customer credit card payments and purchase orders.Establishing relationships with potential, new, and existing clientele.Provide clear and concise information to all stakeholders and internal company departments.Working with a team of allocators to ensure a productive and efficient workflow.Essential skillsExperience allocating/rostering in the earthmoving or construction industry preferred.Ability to work and remain calm under stressful situations.Professionalism at all times towards clients, sub-contractors, and colleagues.Cheerful disposition.Clear and confident phone manner.Able to work as a team.If you believe you can hit the ground running, be a positive member of our team, and make this role your own, don't miss this fantastic opportunity, submit your application using the 'apply now' button.Your application will include the following questions:Do you have customer service experience?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have order processing experience?How many years' experience do you have in an Administration Role?How many years' experience do you have in the construction industry?Do you have data entry experience?What's your expected annual base salary?
