What Will You Be Doing?
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll be at the heart of the action, working in vibrant nursery and preschool settings. You'll be:
Supporting children's development by encouraging physical, emotional, and cognitive growth through creative activities and play.
Delivering learning activities, planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on the EYFS framework.
Providing emotional support and building strong, nurturing relationships with children to help them feel safe and valued.
Monitoring progress while observing and recording each child's development, ensuring they're hitting those key milestones.
Ensuring safeguarding, keeping children safe, following safeguarding protocols, and creating a secure environment for all.

Who We're Looking For:
Qualifications – You've got an NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years.
Experience – You've worked in nurseries, preschools, or similar settings.
A Passion for Early Years – You love working with young children and making learning fun!
Strong Communication Skills – Building relationships with children, parents, and staff is second nature to you.
