What You Will Be Working On In this role, you will work closely with families, caregivers, and local stakeholders to support the development of children aged 0-4 years within the Armadale West catchment area. You will:
Provide guidance and support to families, connecting them with resources that promote school readiness.Build strong relationships with Aboriginal families, ensuring culturally respectful engagement.Partner with schools, community organisations, and other services to promote a sense of belonging and participation in early years programs.Plan and execute community events, capturing valuable feedback to inform future initiatives.About You We're looking for a community-focused, engaging, and culturally aware individual who:
