The Centre Manager role sits within the Early Learning leadership team and is responsible for the overall operations and management of the early learning centre.
About you You're a proven experienced centre manager or assistant centre manager looking for their next step, we want a strong operator with strong values for delivering exceptional care and an inclusive leadership style. You're organised and have a communication style that helps foster and build exceptional relationships with families.
We require a confident leader that motivates the team, empowers our children adopting the Reggio Emilia philosophy and builds resilience and curiosity.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Current child protection training and knowledge Ability to develop, document, and implement a high-quality, developmentally appropriate education program for kindergarten children, in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Experience managing enrollment lifecycle, risk management, staffing and CCS/ACCS funding. Hold a current ACECQA compliant First Aid Certificate, including Resuscitation, Asthma Management, and Anaphylaxis. Have experience managing budgets and financials. Current child protection training and knowledge Current Working with Children clearance (WCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
