Early Years and Kindergarten Service Manager Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training)
Responsibilities: Lead and support the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to our team of educators and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote children's development and growth while integrating our nature play and Bush Kindy program.
Build positive relationships with parents, guardians, and families to foster a sense of community and trust.
Oversee accurate records and documentation, including child portfolios and incident reports.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and manage budgets, staffing, and resources.
Conduct regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills of our educators, while also encouraging the sharing of innovative ideas.
Monitor and assess the quality of care and education provided to children, making improvements as necessary and promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Ensure the center's physical environment, including outdoor spaces, is safe, clean, and conducive to Nature Play and Bush Kindy experiences.
Maintain open communication with the Approved Providers and management representatives.
