Part-time permanent role, 3 days per week, Monday, Thursday and Friday. About the opportunity Bring your exceptional people-leading skills and help us deliver our Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program across Gippsland. We are the largest provider of the KIS program in Victoria, helping create inclusive environments for children with disabilities, developmental delays, or complex medical needs. We believe in providing genuine opportunities for every child to access and actively participate in kindergarten programs.
As the Program Manager for Gippsland, you will lead the team of Engagement Officers, Additional Assistants, and KIS Operations staff supporting the delivery of high-quality, sustainable and community-focused kindergarten services across Bass Coast, Baw Baw, East Gippsland, South Gippsland and Wellington.

Experience leading and developing programs and services in a complex environment. A sound understanding of service delivery principles, ideally within Early Education or Care Services. Strong negotiation and influencing skills and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships. A proven ability to mentor and promote the highest quality consumer experiences based on reflective practice. An understanding of Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012/National Quality Standards. Financial acumen and the ability to evaluate service performance, including measurement and reporting service outcomes against service goals.
