About the role: This is a part-time contract opportunity 4 days per week until May 2026 located in Macarthur Square.
Starting base annual salary of $79,823 to $87,169 negotiable based on experience, plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options.

About the opportunity: Are you passionate about helping families and children access quality early childhood education?
As an Early Learning Linker in our Links to Early Learning program, you'll work directly with families experiencing disadvantage to connect them with early childhood education and early intervention services.
By doing so, you'll play a vital role in giving children the best possible start in life.
What You'll Do Build meaningful relationships with families, early childhood providers, and community services.Support families to locate and sustain placements in early childhood education.Provide advice and training to parents/carers on child development and parenting.Advocate for families to access services and address barriers to engagement.Regularly monitor and review the needs of children and families to ensure effective support.Maintain accurate records and comply with Uniting's policies and procedures.Deliver services grounded in evidence-based frameworks, tailored to the unique strengths of each family.Your Qualifications & Experience You are a compassionate professional with a background in early childhood or social sciences.
You bring:
Qualifications: A diploma or higher in early childhood or social sciences.Experience: Working with children and families, particularly those experiencing disadvantage.Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.Knowledge: Understanding of child protection issues and the challenges faced by diverse families.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to meet family and community needs.Requirements: A current driver's license, Working With Children Check, and a passion for social change.Benefits and culture Working to inspire people, enliven communities and confront injustice brings its own rewards, but there's more.
