About the role: This is a part-time contract opportunity of 3 days per week until May 2026 located in Coffs Harbour.
Starting base hourly rate of $43.74 to $47.77 negotiable based on experience plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options.

As an Early Learning Linker, you'll connect families to high-quality early childhood education and intervention services, ensuring children are ready to thrive as they begin school.
You'll provide hands-on support to families, helping them overcome barriers to education while working closely with early childhood providers, health services, and the community to build lasting connections.
Your impact will be felt as you:
Empower families to access and sustain early education placements.Offer tailored guidance to parents, supporting their vital role as their child's first teacher.Advocate for families, linking them to essential services and resources.Foster relationships within the community, contributing to a stronger support network.Your Qualifications & Experience We're searching for someone with a heart for social change and a drive to make a meaningful difference.
You'll bring:
Experience: A background in early childhood, social sciences, or community services, with proven experience supporting children and families experiencing vulnerability.Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, advocacy, and communication skills to connect and inspire.Understanding: Awareness of challenges such as child protection, mental health, and systemic disadvantage.Flexibility: Willingness to work adaptable hours to meet families' needs.Qualifications: A diploma (or higher) in early childhood or social sciences, plus a current driver's license and Working with Children Check.Benefits and culture Working to inspire people, enliven communities and confront injustice brings its own rewards, but there's more.
