We are seeking a highly motivated Educator to join our dynamic early learning program, which encourages children aged 3-5 years to explore and discover their world and supports the joy of learning another language - our school's unique offering. This is a full-time, temporary position commencing Term 1, 2025 to July 2025.
You will work alongside our extraordinary team of Early Childhood Teachers and Educators to promote the foundations of a lifelong love of learning and embed Chinese language learning opportunities through an immersive and intentional language program within the daily curriculum of the Centre.
Minimum Requirements:ACECQA recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education and CareCurrent ACECQA approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma certifications or willingness to obtainCurrent ACECQA approved Child Protection training or willingness to obtainFluency in Mandarin and strong understanding of Chinese cultureAvailability to work between the hours of 7.00am - 6.10pm. Shifts are scheduled from 7.20am to 6.10pm on the ELC roster; staff enjoy a regular shift patternUnderstanding of current early education and care legislation and regulations including the EYLF and NQSSelf-motivation and initiativeDemonstrated strengths-based approach in working with children and their familiesSound ICT skillsIn return for your skills and experience you will:
