We are a P-12 Christian College which includes an Early Learning Centre, situated on Gympie's Southside. Our ELC offers rich play-based learning education in a modern and engaging setting for children aged from 15 months to Kindergarten and Outside School Hours Care. Are you passionate about nurturing young minds in a Christian environment? We're seeking a dedicated Director to lead our Early Learning Centre team. Key Responsibilities: Provide visionary leadership in line with Christian values and principles. Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children. Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and excellence among staff, parents, and the community. Implement curriculum and educational programs that promote holistic development. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Demonstrated leadership experience in an early learning setting. Strong understanding of Christian faith and values, with a commitment to integrating them into the curriculum. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
