Your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
Plan and cook nutritious meals for children ranging from 6 weeks – 6 years Sound knowledge of the Food Safety Plan Maintain temperature logs Maintain food records Be able to prepare, implement and evaluate the nutritional content of menus for children of all ages Experience in bulk meal preparation, online ordering, stock management and budget control Menu planning and implementing a sessional menu Kitchen hygiene and cleaning Cooking experiences with the children of the service Ability to cater for individual child requirements including allergies, specific dietary requirements and needs.
