The Centre
Guardian Coopers Plains childcare centre features expansive and light-filled indoor and outdoor play areas equipped with inspiring equipment and resources for learning through play. The huge windows connect the children with the community and educators who will lead structured and unstructured learning experiences which develop each child's natural skills and curiosity.
Our dedicated team of Educators and Teachers support your child's individual needs with a play-based curriculum that focuses on developing skills in language, literacy, and social and emotional intelligence. We provide a range of enriching activities such as music, dance, drama, cooking classes and excursions to give your child a well-rounded early learning experience.
We also have strong connections to our local community through our diverse offering of incursions and excursions. Through the Ella program, we offer Japanese language lessons which expose children to different cultures and languages. Our centre also has an engaging book exchange program where children can explore new books and develop their love for reading.
To be considered, you will have: A Bachelor in Early Childhood Experience and passion for leading a team Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework Previous experience working in the early childhood sector in an ECT role (3+ years of experience)
