We currently have 14 operating centres across NSW and VIC, catering for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age.

About The Centre Thrive Waterloo, located on the edge of the city, is accessible via public transport.
Operating Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 6 pm, the team is supported by an Area Manager, Centre Leader, 2iC, and Educational Leader.
About The Role Thrive Waterloo has an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in early education and who is ready to start their career in the sector.
This traineeship will see you be part of a dynamic early learning group that is renowned for its passion and investment in their people.
You will be supported, mentored, and earn while you study!
PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a role for those already enrolled and studying towards their Certificate III qualification.
Your role as a Trainee: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.Actively contribute to the educational program, observations, and documentation using informal opportunities to communicate regularly about children's progress to families.Provide assistance to other Educators in the room.Maintain a positive working relationship with team members.Maintain effective communication with parents.Prepare the children's play and learning materials for the day's experiences.Guide children through daily routines and rituals.
