Tyndale is a preschool to Year 12 co-educational school located in Blacktown, Sydney. At Tyndale we believe that God has given parents the responsibility for the nurture of their children according to the Word of the Lord. Tyndale is therefore committed to partnering with parents in the Christian education of their children by equipping students to be disciples of Jesus through Christ-centred Biblical education.
About the role Applications are invited for a temporary full-time Certificate III Traineeship position within our Early Learning Centre (3-5 years) in 2024. Applicants must be Christians of a Reformed/Evangelical persuasion, who are active in their own churches and whole-heartedly subscribe to the School's Educational Creed.
Our Early Learning Centre operates from 7 am to 6 pm, five days per week, 49 weeks of the year and comes under the National Quality Framework applicable to Early Childhood Education and Care Services.
We are looking for people who have an ability to take direction and work as part of a team, have a genuine passion for working with children, and have a desire and commitment to further their knowledge about children's learning and development. No prior experience is necessary as we will provide on-the-job training and support while completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care via correspondence.
Tyndale is committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of children and young people. The successful applicant will need to hold and maintain a valid NSW Working With Children Check in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012 (NSW). The commencement of this role will be by negotiation.
