ECT role in the Preschool room (3.5 - 5 years)Monthly RDOs for full-time staffFull-time - 5 days/week OR part-time - 4 days/week with Thursdays offThe CentreThis lovely 40 place service in Narrabeen is looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to join their team in the Preschool Room. The preschool room has max 20 children per day. The service follows an interest-based approach to children's learning and endeavours to create an environment where children feel safe and comfortable to actively participate in their learning experiences and prioritises the voices and strengths of each child. The service is family run and has strong community connections and places a big importance on educator wellness.The centre is located nearby to the local shops and is a very short walk away from the gorgeous local beaches. The service is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 6:00pm.The RoleAs the Early Childhood Teacher some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Motivating and leading a team of educators to achieve high-quality care for all children within the serviceComplete curriculum planning sheets and reflections to ensure the curriculum decision-making process is fully and appropriately implemented.
