What we want from our 2nd ECT! You've got at least a Diploma level qualification and are working towards your Bachelor or an equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification. You're knowledgeable about EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards. You have strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods. Your communication skills are excellent, with a knack for building connections. You can create vibrant and engaging learning environments.
