Early Childhood Teacher - (Maternity Leave)Job Title: Full Time Early Childhood Teachers (Maternity Contract)Salary: $91186 - $129192 (dependent on experience) + superJob Summary: We are working with a co-educational Early Learning - Year 12 Jewish Day School based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The college has earned an outstanding reputation for academic excellence and is now looking for two maternity cover ECT/Room Leads for two of their locations: Rose Bay and Bondi Beach.About the Role:We are recruiting for TWO qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teachers to work in a co-educational Jewish Day school, with some excellent benefits. One role will be based in their Rose Bay ELC and the other at their Bondi Beach ELC.Key Duties:Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through building strong trusted relationships.Develop and/or assist the Room Leader with delivery of education programs that support children's independence, resilience, and social and emotional wellbeing.Prepare, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for individual children and groups.Document children's learning through observations and assessments in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).Skills & Experience:ACECQA approved qualification; i.e., Bachelor of Early Childhood and Education or equivalent.NESA Teacher registration.Deep understanding of early learning pedagogy and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with children, parents, and colleagues.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Current first aid qualifications including asthma, anaphylaxis, and CPR.A valid Working with Children Check.Why work with Tradewind?Tradewind Australia is a specialist education recruitment agency and is the preferred supplier of Early Childhood Staff for many centres across Australia.
