The Opportunity MinRes is currently seeking expressions of interest for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join us at our state-of-art Childcare Facility located in Osborne Park. The beautiful center is currently under construction, with the expected opening date around August. Our childcare service is an amazing benefit for our employees; therefore, our sole focus is fostering the wellbeing and development of our NextGen children.Reporting through to the Educational Lead you will be responsible for;
management of the day-to-day operation of the assigned room in line with relevant regulations, policies and procedures. Assisting in the development, implementation and reflection of the educational program to provide a high-quality program for all children and families. Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff and management. Lead, guide and support educators within your team to create a safe, supportive, stimulating and educational environment for all children. Communicate with children in an open, honest manner and ensure that the child's perspective is regarded as unique and special. What is required? Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) Minimum 18 months experience post graduate experience. Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to deliver high-quality education programs. Registered with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia Experience within a Childcare facility environment.
