Responsibilities:Implement the Montessori Philosophy in daily practice.Understand and apply The National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).Build strong, respectful, and meaningful relationships with families, children, and co-workers.Participate in professional development opportunities.Qualifications:A recognised Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) qualification.Qualifications and experience in Montessori are preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A willingness to learn and be part of a team.A wide range of professional development opportunities will be provided.
