Responsibilities:

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
Establish positive relationships with children and their families.
Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Child Protection Certificate
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
Current Working with Children Check for Paid Employment
Strong Knowledge of EYLF and NQF
Ability to program and provide high quality programs for children
Possess excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic
