Our Educators are the heart and soul of our centre, supporting us in our mission. We are now looking for an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our wonderful team.
We are seeking two fully qualified, highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Teachers for our Kindergarten Programs at our newly opened Imagine Childcare and Preschool Nowra.
About your new role Your passion and enthusiasm will see you lead a classroom by effectively engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program for our Kindergarten children You will be responsible for the day to day management of your classroom and flexible routines You will work as a lead educator to provide creative learning experiences You will mentor and lead your room team to include collaboration, reflection and respect You will have extensive knowledge of the EYLF, transition statements and understanding of the NQF/NQS You will work at all times in compliance with Government Regulations to meet high quality standards You will network with relevant stakeholders in the local community You will provide a comprehensive transition to school program About you Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA Minimum 12 months experience in an early childhood setting Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications Current Working with Children Check Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively lead a room environment Excellent understanding of the EYLF and NQF We offer Well above-award wages paid weekly! 75% off out-of-pocket childcare fees.
