About your new role
Your passion and enthusiasm will see you lead a classroom by effectively engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program for our Kindergarten children.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your classroom and flexible routines.
Lead educator to provide creative learning experiences.
Mentor and lead your room team to include collaboration, reflection and respect.
Demonstrate an understanding of the Victorian Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
You will work at all times in compliance with Government Regulations to meet high quality standards.
Networking with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
You will provide a comprehensive transition to school program.
About you
Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA.
Experience in an early childhood setting.
Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
Teacher Registration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead a room environment.
