As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you're achieving optimal outcomes for children.
About Goodstart Lavington: Goodstart Lavington is located in a suburb of the rural city of Albury. Our border city is located on the Murray River and boasts amazing natural wonders, proximity to local wine region and has the charm of a country town with the convenience of city living! Goodstart Lavington is located next door to a local private school, is close to a shopping centre and has easy access to the local highway to make commuting a breeze!
Goodstart Lavington is designed to cater for up to 90 children a day in 5 rooms: 2 Nurseries, Toddlers and 2 preschool rooms. Our great team has a well-established leadership structure, an atmosphere of warmth, and an overwhelming sense of community.
