The position is one day per week. The Early Childhood Teacher will work closely with existing staff to provide high-quality early childhood education and care to children. You will oversee service operations to maintain compliance and quality and provide leadership to a passionate and professional team to ensure the provision of quality early childhood programs. You will also ensure we provide an environment that reflects a safe, inclusive, responsive, and supportive program where the interests and needs of children are the foundation for the creation of the educational programs.
Strong leadership, knowledge of contemporary early childhood practice, provision of high-quality programs, and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.

A bachelor's degree in early childhood teaching (or equivalent as approved by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority – ACECQA).First aid training as prescribed in the Education and Care Services National Regulations, including first aid, anaphylaxis management, and emergency asthma management.Extensive experience in a Kindergarten and/or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and education services for children.Extensive experience in a leadership role in a Kindergarten and/or other early childhood setting.View the full position description here.
