About the role As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy.
You will also build meaningful relationships with families so that each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports their thriving.
Your love of early childhood teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs to ensure you're achieving optimal outcomes for our children.
About you NESA registration * REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent 12 months experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher Ability to work full-time on a rotating roster Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Confidence to have meaningful discussions with families Positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to have fun!
