* Five dynamic rooms dedicated to age-specific learning: two Nurseries, Toddlers, Pre-kindy, and Preschool rooms, each thoughtfully designed to inspire and engage.
* A rostered day off (RDO) for work-life balance.
* 8 hours per week of off-the-floor Educational Leader time to focus on mentoring, planning, and implementing innovative educational practices.
* A floating role to give you the flexibility and support to guide your team of 22 dedicated Early Childhood Professionals.
