We select our staff based on knowledge and values, vision for children and learning, and commitment to families.We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join and support our established team at our beautiful centre in Cambridge Park.
You will provide leadership in delivering high quality, inclusive learning programs, while working closely alongside the Centre Director to strive for an exceeding centre.Benefits for you: Rotating rosters to support a great work/life balance Generous childcare discounts for your own children Continuous career development opportunities Above award wages $1500 yearly bonus A paid day off on your birthday Invitation to our family fun day for you and your family Company Awards Night Travel Allowances where applicable (Please ask about this) About you: ACECQA Approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or currently working towards Current Working with Children Check Outstanding level of verbal and written communication Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS) Prior experience in a similar role Strong computer skills Current approved First Aid Certificate Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training About the role: Ensure learning and development is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards Implement and evaluate programs indoors and outdoors Create a stimulating and positive environment for the children Write observations and analyse children's progression and development Provide support and assistance to other staff members Lead from the front and influence a positive, supportive culture of teamwork within your room Monitor all staff interactions to ensure they are in line with the EYLF Develop strong relationships with children, and communicate effectively with parents and carers We are an equal opportunity workplace where diversity is embraced.
